SCENARIO 1: Found your business! You pre-registered.
Great - check mail! We send registration upon account createion
Check your inbox for your “Welcome to PinpointGO” email. Make sure to also check your SPAM or JUNK folders.
Please note: Many people these days have multiple emails, be sure to check all the personal and business email accounts you may have used to register. When you find the email, click the blue link in the email to reset your password. Once you reset your password, you will then be able to LOGIN to the platform.
No Welcome Email?
No worries, request "Forgot Password" email, and enter the email you used to register your business!
SCENARIO 2: Did NOT find your business. First-time registrations.
